How to Raise Return or Exchange Request

  1. Log in to your Doreme account → My Orders → select the order.

  2. Click Request Return Exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Select the item(s), state the reason (size issue / defect / wrong item received), and upload a photo if applicable.

  4. Submit the request — a support ticket will be created automatically.

  5. A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 2–3 business days.

  6. Refund or exchange processed within 7–10 business days after the item is received and quality- checked.
